Combined passenger weights may be limiting. Bay City Seaplanes reserve the right to reject part of any group booking where that group exceeds the 300kg weight limit for total load.

Pre-booked flights are subject to prevailing weather or sea conditions on the day. Conditions may also affect the possibility of landing and pre-arranged locations.

Any bookings cancelled by Bay City Seaplanes due to weather or sea conditions will be fully refunded or can be redeemed for another day.

Passengers will not be entitled to a refund if the flight is delayed for a period less than an hour.

Hotel transfers and passenger transport fees are not included in flight packages or charter prices.

No refunds will be made if reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to flight departure time.

Children are always welcomed at Bay City Seaplanes. Infants aged 2 years or under can fly seated on their parent's lap.

Refreshments and meals are NOT included unless stipulated in a package.
